Tim Sheehy
Tim Sheehy is a professional blogger and freelance writer. In addition to his writing here at ButtonSmasher, Tim contributes to the ModernMethod family of web sites as an Associate Editor for the Japanese culture blog Japanator.com, and their toy blog, Tomopop.com. He is also an Associate Editor for Original Sound Version–a site dedicated to game audio, audio tech, and production and more.

Some may also recognize him from his musical endeavors. When he’s not busy writing, Tim works as a composer, and arranger, having arranged music for several albums and projects, including commercial video game arrangements for OneUp Studios. He’s a proud, long-time member of the video game remix community, having contributed to such sites as Overclocked Remix and VGmix–all of which have been covered in print, internet, and television media by the likes of CNN, G4tv, MSNBC, and others.
