As you might have already figured out, I’m a kitchen gadget junkie. Honestly, I can’t get enough. Kitchen gadgets are ALWAYS at the top of my Christmas list.

Imagine my delight when I recently discovered the Corn Zipper, an affordable little gadget that almost effortlessly removes corn from the cob. What a great idea, so much simpler than using a paring knife.

With sweet corn season almost in full swing, there is no better time than the present to pick up on of these little numbers. It’s ideal for those who have difficulty eating from the cob or those who love to add fresh corn to a variety of recipes.

(I’m having visions of corn pudding, ‘extra corny’ cornbread with bacon and cheese and succotash with baby lima beans… YUM!)
