I saw image on The Sartorialist and had to post it. I am so jealous of this woman’s perfectly oversized gray sweater.

I am traveling home for the holidays today, and this sweater is exactly what I need to use as a blanket on the plane, keep me warm in the chilly weather of my hometown, and hide the food-baby once the last piece of pumpkin pie is done. To sum it up, if I owned this sweater I would never take it off. I like how she keeps the rest of her outfit fairly simple, and adds a pop of color with her blue bead drop earrings. However, I am not crazy about the different-shade-of-gray jeans, as they almost look khaki and kind of remind me of chino’s and Gap holiday commercials from days of old. I would probably opt for a pair of black leggings or skinny jeans.

Lapis beads always make me think of Earth from afar, with their deep blue color and flecks of gold. I like these simple sterling silver drop earrings.
